Prior to being a personal trainer, my journey of fitness started in high school sports & power lifting.
I served in the United States Marine Core, so I have learned fitness from the best of the US military and will use that knowledge with all my clients.
I also study Japanese Jujitsu and hold a brown belt in this art. I can use these skills to train self-defense to clients.
I have a passion for being fit and have the motivation to share my experience and education to get my clients to meet their goals and push them to expect more from their selves.
